Miami Artist George Rodez to Unveil
Work for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
Fort
Lauderdale, FL - The Cystic Fibrosis
Foundation is proud to announce the unveiling of “Enchanted Evening,” an original
piece of art created and donated by popular Miami Artist George Rodez. The unveiling
will take place on Thursday, August
16, 2007 at miArte Gallery in Coral Gables.
The evening will feature cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
“Enchanted Evening” was
designed for the 2007 Taste of South Florida, an annual food and wine event
to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The artwork will be featured on
printed materials for the event.
George Rodez is an artist
recognized for his diverse styles and a dedicated supporter of local organizations.
His work has been displayed in prestigious galleries both in the United
States and abroad.
miArte Gallery is located
at 85 Merrick Way, Coral Gables,
Florida, one block north of Miracle Mile
and west of Douglas Road.
Off-street metered parking is available and a municipal covered parking garage

The public is invited to attend this free event and
to learn more about Cystic fibrosis, a genetic disease affecting approximately
30,000 children and adults in the United States.
Currently, there is no cure. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, however, has made
tremendous progress in its quest for a cure and has been recognized for its
efficiency by SmartMoney magazine. More than 90 cents on every dollar
raised goes to care and research.
