Tito the Rooster and his Cob /

El Gallo Tito y su Mazorca

There was once a rooster called Tito who existed in Cuba, and this rooster was very protective of its owner -- a blonde beautiful woman. Anytime anyone attempted to get near her, the rooster would immediately defend its "master" by attacking them. The owner loved this rooster very much and remembered it with dear thoughts, so I decided to create this piece based on that story. The corn cob was painted in various tones of yellow and gold to represent the color of its owner's hair. Consequently, even today, the rooster is still protecting its master.
