Using my nightmares as a tool (because it is there where most of the hard core information is) and then capturing the images onto paper/canvas allows me to look at and face the ongoing issues in my everyday life. I then analyze and interpret the paintings to come up with creative positive solutions to the issues. Thus, my paintings, which allow me to interpret my dreams and provide resolutions also serve as a form of therapy.
