Artist inspiration:
This hand-painted, acrylic on ceramic plate, is entitled Rumba Dancer on Conga Drum. It is a one-of-a-kind plate created for the 9th Annual Kiwanis of Little Havana Carnaval on the Mile Arts Festival and represents the traditional attire and percussion music played by Latin musicians.
