Our refund policy is as follows:
- Original commissioned artwork: All sales are final.
- Original non-commissioned artwork: Will be handled on a case-by-case basis and up to the full discretion of RodezArt.
- Giclée prints acquired directly through RodezArt: If for any reason you decide to return a giclée print, you may do so for up to 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of artwork for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs, or you may exchange your print for an item of equal or higher value, and pay any difference.
- Giclée prints acquired indirectly, for example via a benefit auction: All such sales are to be handled by the third-party organization at their discretion and not the responsibility of RodezArt.
RodezArt must be contacted for an authorization for your return/exchange of any artwork within 15 calendar days from receipt of the artwork to be accepted.
Artwork must be received in its original condition accompanied by the Certificate of Authenticity in order to receive a refund/exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
