Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated at check-out and are based on the selected method and/or dollar-value of the artwork order. Artwork orders of $1,500 USD or more will be shipped free of charge in the U.S. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. For artwork not currently on hand, orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship. You may contact us to determine availability and confirm estimated shipping time prior to ordering at info@rodezart.com.
Packages are shipped via the most economical carrier to your area. All packages shipped via a third-party are insured for the full retail value; however, once a package has been delivered, neither RodezArt.com nor carrier is responsible for providing insurance for the package. All orders of $500 or greater will be shipped with Signature Required.
For all international destinations, please note that shipping charges will be based on the dollar-value of the artwork order and include duties and taxes due by shipper. However, due to the nature of international shipments, where shipping rates to certain countries is cost-prohibitive, Rodezart.com retains the right to cancel any order for which delivery cannot be guaranteed or where actual shipping costs and custom fees exceed the amount charged the customer by 10% or more. In either case, customer will be contacted to determine the best course of action, but a full refund will be issued if no mutual agreement is reached. Additional time will be needed to process and ship international orders. If a package is not accepted and is returned to RodezArt.com, a credit for the amount of the purchase, less shipping costs and fees, will be issued.
All products are inspected prior to shipping. Should your artwork arrive in less than perfect condition, please contact us at customerservice@rodezart.com within 48 hours of delivery. If the artwork does not meet your expectations for whatever reason, and you would like a refund or exchange the artwork, please follow our Refund Policy.
