Artist inspiration:
A cortadito is half Cuban coffee and half hot milk. In my case, two-thirds coffee, one-third milk. I like to affectionately call this, “the little cut”, which is the literal translation of the word cortadito. Besides a straight shot of Cuban coffee, this is my second favorite way of consuming Cuban java. Mm, it’s so good!
